Hey everyone, my roommate is moving out to get a place with his girlfriend so I am looking to fill his room. So about the place: • 2 bedrooms/1 Bath • 5 min walk from Berri/UQAM Metro station (20 minute trip to McGill) • Very pleasant neighborhood with tons of good restaurants nearby • 20 min walk from McGill campus • Central A/C • Large balcony with superb view of the skyline • Available October 1st, 2024 • Furnished common areas/possibly bedroom • Building has a nice rooftop terrace • Parking garage available for an extra cost • Storage cages in basement • Utilities usually around $100 each per month

I am a (male) graduate student at McGill who is serious about my studies but I also love to enjoy my time off, especially exploring the city. I am a pretty neat person and I would want someone who is relatively the same. I’m not a freak about it but as long as the place doesn’t get out of hand I’m chill. I love sports, outdoor activities, food, rock music, plants just to name a few. I would ideally want someone around my age (27).
