Newly renovated, fully furnished, one bedroom basement apartment available now for $1400 per month or $400 per week. Rent includes utility bills, fast speed internet plus snow plowing of the driveway. The one person renter/occupant is responsible for the removal of snow on the stairs, entry way to the rental space plus all necessary deicing to rental property. The tenant will also need to empty the dehumidifier and clean it monthly.

Student rental applicants are also welcome to apply.

A $1400 damage deposit is required with the first month’s/week’s rent.

The property is a party free/smoke free/drug free atmosphere inside and outside of the property.

All visitors will need to leave by 9:00 pm to respect quiet hours for both renter and owner that are from 9:30 pm-6:00 am.

The apartment includes a fully furnished bedroom with a brand new double bed and bedding.

Newly renovated kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, dish set, mugs, glasses, silver wear, cooking utensils, new kitchen table and two chairs plus many other new items including pod lights, flooring and runner mats.

Living room has a dark brown leather rocker recliner chair and love seat set. Included are brand new dark brown side tables for computers, floor light and table lamps, etc.

Additionally, in the rental property, there is a bathroom with a brand new three tier towel rack, shower curtain, bath mat, etc.

Along with the property, there is a shared laundry room and storage room.

Outside you will find your fenced in entry way plus an outdoor area that has a nice view of the private wooded backyard. A table and two chairs have also been included for your relaxation during the warmer sessions.

The rental space is on the west side of Saint John and is close to the Irving Nature Park, Pumpkin Patch plus a two minute drive to any retail stores that you would need for groceries, restaurants, etc. UNBSJ is a 15 minute car ride away and NBCC, on Grandview Ave., is 20 minutes away. If you rely on the bus route, your bus stop is a convenient one minute walk down the road.

A rental application is required and can be filled out during the viewing or emailed. If chosen, a rental agreement will need to be completed.

The rental property is in the quiet home of a newly retired person who goes to sleep at 9:30 pm and is up at around 6:00 am. Looking to find the right fit person who can respect those quiet times or at least have a head phone to listen to their TV/music after 9:30.
