1 bedroom with personal bathroom is available in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom newly built (2023) apartment. One year lease. 10 mins drive to downtown. Apartment is furnished with a queen size mattress in your room, table and sofa in living area (if you have your own stuff then we can unfurnished your room). Apartment is 10 mins walk from Chinook mall and Chinook Station and very close to many restaurants, Cafes and stores.
Rent includes heat, water and sewer maintenance, gym, in unit laundry, air conditioner and guest area access. Electricity and internet is not included Apartment is pet friendly with additional $30 monthly fee and heated under ground parking available for extra $120 fee but street parking is available for free.
Damage deposit is - $750 Looking for individual roommate NOT COUPLE Preferably female
About us - we are a couple and have a puppy. We both are working professionals and looking for someone friendly, easy going and help us to keep the place clean.
