Tanner Place

Hi all. Our house is very close to Westview High School and about a block away from transit access. Room can be furnished or not, up to you. The house is older style split level. There is a separate entrance to the basement where your room is. Adjacent to your room is a very large sitting area. There is one shared bathroom on that level along with laundry and a few kitchen appliances. Most of the time, you’ll have the downstairs to yourself so you have loads of privacy here. The backyard is very secluded with loads of old growth trees and there’s a big garden here that you’re welcome to use.

My daughter (25) and I live in the home. We are both quiet and keep to ourselves mostly. Both of us are in intense courses at school so there’s lots of studying done here. We have one rescue cat here as well that is fairly social now. I usually host a dinner once a week where the rest of my family and granddaughter come over. Otherwise it’s pretty chill here.
