Barbara's room

Hi all. This is about as close to a private suite as you can get. You’ll have your own bedroom, living room, bathroom, dining room and some cooking facilities like a toaster oven and induction stovetop etc. Our house is very close to Westview High School and about a block away from transit access. The house is an older style, split level. There is a separate entrance to the basement where your “suite” is. You have loads of natural light and it doesn’t feel like a basement at all. Adjacent to your bed room is your very large living and dining room. Your bathroom is just off of the dining area. The laundry is shared but you’ll have the rest of the space to yourself so you have loads of privacy here. The backyard is very secluded with loads of old growth trees and we live in a cul de sac so it’s very quiet here.

My daughter (25) and I live in the home. We are both quiet and keep to ourselves mostly. Both of us are in intense courses at school so there’s lots of studying done here. We have one rescue cat here as well that is fairly social now. I usually host a dinner once a week where the rest of my family and granddaughter come over. Otherwise it’s pretty chill here.
