Apartment is located near Sheridan College is near the mall and grocery stores 15 minutes by bus. There are 3 bedrooms total, and the kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared spaces. Room is unfurnished, but is spacious and includes a closet.

Hi my roommate and I are looking for another female to join us! We like keeping the space clean such as taking trash/recycling out and cleaning up after ourselves. Guests are allowed over but please communicate that (especially if they stay the night). We are quiet, organized and respect people’s privacy but also like eating and hanging out with one another! Looking for a roommate who can respect these requirements and will get along with :)
