My name is Lindy, I am 32 years old, female and currently doing an MBA.

Looking for a roommate to share the space:

• 2 bedroom
• Kitchen
• Dining room
• 1 bathroom
• Lounge / chill space - sofa bed for guests (not frequently used but for family and friends here and there is ok)
• In-suite laundry
• If parking needed, this is to be discussed with the landlord and downstairs tenants
• Storage space in the basement

Location: On Eglinton Ave West, closest intersection, Eglinton Avenue West & Glen Cedar Rd

Rent: $ 1250 (all included except house insurance) Offer: furnished bedroom (Minus the bed) + damage deposit (for furniture) - some flexibility

TTC station 8 min walk away! Small grocery store and everything you need within walking distance and beautiful ravine 10-15 min away 🙂

The doctors office below is our landlord and we share the back-entrance with them.

The house and vibe:

Looking for a professional to share the space, but also call it home. As a student, I lead a busy life. I’m not fanatic about cleanliness but the place is generally in good condition. Dishes sometimes end up in the sink late at night, but will be done in the morning.

I would like a roommate that is open-minded, friendly and communicative. Maybe we enjoy the space a meal together here and there, or meal prep, but in general leads an independent life. I am home studying working hours, and would appreciate someone with a slightly different schedule than myself. I value conscientious-living - My background is in environmental management so things like compost, recycling, needs to be second nature. I’m mainly vegetarian in house.

I will be doing a “makeover” on the study and making it in the a cozy comfy chilling space.
