It’s a beautiful apartment at city place, where you have a great view of the lake. The apartment is right by Spadina, so the TTC is just a 2 min walk away. It is a quiet area, with parks near by and the lake just 2 blocks down. Good community and the building has great facilities. There is a lap pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, karaoke room, billiards room, movie room and courtyard/bbq. The room is a private room with an ensuite bathroom and since it’s a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment we will have our own bathrooms. It will come semi furnished, with a sofa, tv table, and a few other things, but happy and willing to adjust furniture accordingly.

I’m 26 y/o, graduated from UofT and work in publishing, so there are a lot of books in the apartment. Love to watch f1, so will be doing so during the weekends. Social, but respect privacy and need alone time (especially after a busy weekend). Clean and tidy and generally very understanding as a person. Have friends over, but always give a heads up and tend to be outside a lot. Go to the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, but wfh for the rest of the days.
