Heather's room

EXTRA large and bright 1 bedroom in basement of a bungalow. Includes an extra large three piece bathroom with walk in shower, own laundry, gas fireplace, wet bar with hot plate and room for microwave and toaster oven. Can have access to home gym (negotiable). Rent plus 1/3 utilities. No access to upstairs bu there is a large deck with bbq and a fenced yard that I have chickens in in the summer. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is air conditioned.

My home upstairs is accessible as I am in a wheelchair. I work from home and have my special needs client living with me. I also have a small dog. We are quiet and like the same. My roommate will enjoy the mother-in-law suite in my basement and some social interaction with us upstairs.
