Hey, I’m renting this place out and the rent is quite expensive! Looking for someone or some people cool to share this place with. It’s 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The backyard is fenced in and so is the front yard. There is a 2 car garage at the end of the driveway. Very clean and fully furnished––your room is partially furnished with bed and closet. Basement is available too, I’m flexible with financing.
About the roomies
My name is Nick, I’m doing an apprenticeship in metal fabrication and looking to continue school into engineering. I’m very career focused and I want to keep my place nice! I love working on motorcycles and come from growing up off-grid. I’m super extroverted too––I have people over on the weekends quite a bit. I’m usually out of the house by 5:30am. Please no smoking!
