3-story house in a quiet neighborhood. Parking available. The owner and his partner (along with the world’s friendliest cat) live in the lower floor, and the upper floor is to be shared by up to 2 other tenants. Rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and dresser. The house is within walking distance of the University of Waterloo, as well as some restaurants and grocery stores. I’m a beginning Master’s student at UW studying Computer Science. I am (or at least try to be) quiet, courteous, and respectful to my housemates. When I’m not working I like to run, hike, lift, and socialize with friends over a board game or good food & drink.
