Boulevard Rolland-Cloutier

This is a beautiful little home completely newly renovated and fully furnished with all my furniture. It is in the laurentians up North for a very peaceful and quiet existence. I am right on top of a national park and have full access to Crystal Clear water across the street. Non-smoking inside, but will tolerate an outdoor smoker. Kitchen is also shared but you will have a small private fridge to yourself and my home must be always kept clean. You’ll have access to the Wi-Fi and the laundry room as well. I am looking for a male roommate only for strength and character references. As there are never two queen bees in the same Hive so to speak… I’m a woman of integrity and maintain my dignity as well. As it is my private property I will accept no outside visitors in my residence other than the roommate themselves. Dogs could be welcome provided my shepherd allows them. The pic of the room is just to give you an idea of your bed and bedding and Furniture the two big armoires have been torn down and definitely the carpet has been torn up that’s just to give you an idea because it will be a brand new room up by the time you move there. All I want is cleanliness, quiet, and Mutual respect. Seasonal workers are welcome. I may be open to sharing other rooms in the house such as the living room and basement if there is a good character blend. And if you are willing to help me out around the house outside with the lawn and stuff like that you will be welcome to share the home with me.

I am 57 years old and diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 6 years ago so I am living on disability with my purebred German Shepherd service dog and two cats. Lights out at 10:00 p.m. and I am always a positive peaceful individual. I am looking for another like individual. Someone who is quiet at night and very clean and respectful also someone who doesn’t mind helping out once in awhile on the property. This can be for short-term, or long-term. I am not looking for any type of romance even though I choose to have a male roommate. That is absolutely unacceptable. But a nice new friendship is always welcome. In short I’m looking for the perfect Zen mate that can share a happy and peaceful subsistence with me.

I also have two cats that are completely indoor cats so if you have cat allergies I would not recommend it as they are Uber friendly with people.
