This house is clean, renovated with painted bedrooms and new carpet. Each room has a bed with a newer mattress, as well as desk, chair, lamp and a closet. More storage space available in the house if needed. You will get a key to the house and another key to your bedroom which will not be accessible to anyone else. Landlord lives nearby and will be available for any help. Shopping is nearby and this is ideal for students or faculty that don’t drive as it is a very easy walk to MRU campus. Plenty of street parking available if you have a car.

No pets, smoking, cannabis, illegal drugs or drunkenness. If you use tobacco, cannabis or illegal drugs do not apply; sorry, this applies even if you only plan to smoke elsewhere.

Location - community of Glamorgan. in South West of Calgary

• Downtown - 7 km . Direct bus via 66 and 13 bus routes; 14 minutes.
• University of Calgary (U of C) - 9 km. Direct bus via 72/73 route; 31 minutes.
• Grocery store - 1.5 km. Direct bus via 72/73 route; 3 minutes. Or Dollarama and Starbucks 4 minute walk away.
• LRT station and Westbrook shopping centre - 4 km. Direct bus via 72/73 route; 9 or 12 minutes.
