Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in the brand-new Maestria building, right in the heart of Place des Arts.

The building offers amazing amenities, including a gym, art room, indoor and outdoor pools, a terrace, movie theater, game rooms, library, shared workspace, and a stunning skybridge on the 26th floor. There will also be a sauna and jacuzzi soon!

The apartment itself has everything you need: a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, TV with all the streaming platforms, and in your room, you’ll find a spacious closet, bed, and desk. Rent is $1,433 per person, which includes water, heating, electricity, and high-speed WiFi. The furniture and its placement will differ a bit from the pictures. We can also change the rent split if needed.

It is conveniently located just 4 minutes from Place des Arts metro and 8 minutes from Place d’Armes. There’s a mall and grocery store 5 minutes away, and I also have an Instacart subscription that I’d be happy to share :)

You’ll be sharing the space with me and two friendly cats. I’m in my mid-20s, work full-time, and like to keep the apartment clean and respectful. I’m ideally looking for someone who shares these values but I’m also easy-going and laid-back!

Some things I enjoy are camping, working out, making pancakes, drinking tea, going for walks, hanging out with friends, and watching movies. I’m always open to trying new things, too!
