• Proche du métro Guy Concordia et ligne Orange
• Spacieux et lumineuse
• Meublé, lit, meuble pour vêtements, étagère, bureau, chaise, ventilateur au plafond (les meubles sont différents des photos car la chambre est sous préparation et tout n’est pas encore sur place)
• La cuisine est partagée avec 2 autres personnes
• La salle de bain est partagée ave 2 autres personnes - La laveuse et sécheuse sont dans l’appartement et partagés avec 3 autres personnes
• Ventilateur fourni en été, il n’y a pas de climatisation dans l’appart

Exigence:

• Chambre pour une seule personne, garçon ou fille
• Ne pas amener les amis pour passer la nuit
• Entre 22h et 6h c’est du temps calme
• Nettoyer après chaque utilisation de la partie commune, garder la propreté des lieux communs en tout temps

About the place：

Private room in a 4 room condo:

• Close to Guy Concondia metro and close to the orange line too
• Furnished, bed, cloths organiser, bookcase, desk, chair, cieling fan (furnitures are not exactly those on the picture, because the room is under preparation)
• There are 4 rooms, you’ll be living with 3 other people
• The kitchen is shared with 2 other roommates
• The bathroom is shared with 2 other roommates
• Washer and dryer are in the condo and are shared with 3 other roommates
• Fan is provided in summer, there is no AC available

Requirements:

• Room for one person only
• Do not bring friend overnight
• Quite time is from 22pm to 6am
• Cleanup after using the commun area, work with other roommates to maintain the cleanliness of the common zones
