Semi-Furnished or unfurnished second floor room with a shared bathroom in the heart of the Toronto Beach area. Easy public transit access for the Queen streetcar or bus to Main station. 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and lot’s of amenities available in the area: new YMCA with gym and pool, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of shops, parks and bike trails nearby. Looking for mature and professional working individuals, tidy - clean up after yourself, friendly, with a positive attitude and easygoing nature, working outside of the home, no pets and no smoking.

I’m an easy going, quiet, and friendly guy whose teenage kids have just moved out. I travel a fair bit for work and can often be gone for months at a time.
