Looking for compatible female roommate (one person only). Sheridan students or full-time workers are preferred. Must be willing to have a roommate contract (including cleanliness, guests, etc).
Furnished private bedroom with large private bathroom in brand new apartment. Living room and kitchen are shared and already furnished (a communal TV is also included)
