Spacious fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 shared bathroom apartment in east hamilton with a great view overlooking the escarpment. Close to eastgate mall with easy access to grocery stores, shopping and bus routes. The building does not have central air but a floor unit AC is available for the room. Laundry is available in the basement of the building and parking is available for 50$ extra a month. Bedroom can be furnished with a queen size bed framw, dresser, nightstand, laundry hamper, shoe rack, desk and chair as well as a small file cabinet if needed or can be completely unfurnished if wanted. Wi-Fi and streaming services are included in the price of rent.

Hi I’m Julia, I’m 27, a cat mom of 2 very sweet girls and a vegetarian! I work full time monday- Friday so I’m only really home on weekends and evenings. I’m fairly quiet and chill when I’m home and usually just hang out with my cats while crocheting and watching TV after work. Looking for an equally as quirky as I am roommate who is ok with cats that is quiet and respectful but also someone who I can actively hangout with when we’re both home as I am a pretty social person and would like to actually be friends with my roommate and not just be strangers who live together.

I like to keep a tidy home and would love someone who also likes to keep a tidy place but is also ok with a little mess sometimes when we doth don’t have motivation to do anything haha
