The property is right next to Glencairn and Lawrence West Subway Stations and across from Lawrence Allen Centre (Canadian Tire, Fortinos, LCBO, etc.). With quick access to the TTC, this is an excellent opportunity to reduce commuting time.

You will be sharing common areas with a communication professional (male) very courteous and tidy.

The fully furnished living common area includes, leather couch, dining set, paintings, decor, nice crockery plus all other such vanities. The offered room is furnished. Facilities include a washer and dryer (laundry room on the ground level).
