About the roomies
Located in Kensington. All utilities included (water, electricity, heat, internet, and cable) and furnished. Unit is in 2nd floor and close to the emergency exit, so you can either take the stairs or the elevator. Room has personal fridge. Common area has a TV. Condo unit will be shared with 2 other U of C undergrad female students. Feel free to message me for more info or for viewing. Bus #65 is right in front of the building, which goes directly to U of C. Also close to bus #104. About 15 minutes walk to Sunnyside station. There’s uncovered parking included and available.
