You will have your own washroom with a shower and tub. Shared kitchen with myself. All utilities are included. Wifi, heat, hydro, hot water, garbage and laundry. 5 minute walk to bus route going both ways. Must love animals as I have a dog and two cats. Sorry, no more animals on property. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, respectful working professional or student. Who doesn’t smoke, party, drink excessive alchohol or do drugs. Im not into having people over alot, as i do the same. I’m looking to start 1 to 3 month lease. Potentially long term if we are a good fit and comfortable as roomates. Short term students or stay are welcome too.
