About the room
Utilities included. Double master condo/townhouse, with 2.5 baths, of which 1 x master with small ensuite (shower, bath, toilet) is available - I have the other room. Furnished or semi furnished bedroom. Ceiling fan in bedroom. AC, internet, use of common space, appliances etc, incl treadmill. Sunny, bright bedroom, living and kitchen, with patio off the kitchen. Close to 130th, Seton Hospital, pond, schools, community tennis courts, 7/11, the usual amenities. Street parking. Would like to trial for 2 months and go from there (either short or long term). Female preferred
About the roomies
It’s just me, 43 year old Kiwi/Cdn female, working full time (occasionally from home). Daughter’s just moved overseas for uni, so room is available.. I’m fairly quiet, laid back (but tidy and would appreciate the same). Minds my own business. Looking for someone who also works full-time.
