I am a 27 year old female looking for a female roommate in my charming townhouse only a minute drive from the Vedder River, The Eddy, and Garrison Crossing! (and about 3 minutes from UFV Chilliwack Campus). The room is available October 6 onwards.

It’s a 2 story townhouse with our own laundry, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living room and backyard! The main area of the house is furnished so you would only need to furnish your room, but I am open to swapping some things out if you want to bring some things of your own!

I have one cat and our townhouse has a 1 pet policy so unfortunately, I cannot bring in another pet. You would get parking for 1 vehicle (there is street parking for guests).

The move-in date is flexible. I would not need a year’s commitment, since my one year commitment is up, so if you are a student wanting accommodation only for a semester or two, this could be a great option for you.
