This room is located on the second floor of a large Edwardian house in little Italy. In addition to their private space, the tenant has shared use of the kitchen, living room and dining room. Air conditioning and all utilities are provided. Laundry in the basement is for the shared use of tenants. College Street, with a multitude of restaurants and essential services, is a 5-minute walk away. Bloor Street, with its own many useful businesses, is 10-minutes by foot.

The anchor tenant is a retired architect. One or two other tenants may be recruited, including the anchor tenant’s grown children who are away at universities in other cities.
