I am renting my bedroom in 5 bedroom house, as I am moving in with friends. This is available asap, and price will be adjusted with respect to move in date.
the room is spacious, and has tons of storage.
The house is located in fantastic neighbourhood super quite and friendly and 2 minutes away from Kensington, where there tons of food and action.
The house has a lovely front yard and back yard where you can hang out, shared kitchen with all the appliances, and the other roommates are clean, and respectful.

The house has 5 people in it, 2 women and 2 men + you. Everyone is lowkey, and has a job. Most people use the kitchen a couple of times a week, but you’re free to use anything in the house as much as you want. Easy crew to get along with
