I’m looking for someone to replace me this fall semester in the shared apartment of 3 in which I’m renting a room. As a doctoral student in France, I’m supposed to do a research internship at the University of Sherbrooke, but unfortunately my internship has been postponed to the beginning of January 2025. I am looking for someone who can sublet my room for this fall session.

Description of accommodation: This is a shared apartment in a newly renovated and fully equipped building. The furniture is new and modern. The accommodation includes electricity, hot water, wifi and heating. The bedroom is equipped with a bed (with storage), wardrobe, desk and bedside table.

Commun areas : Living room: Two large, comfortable leather sofas, TV, table with three chairs. Kitchen: Equipped with the necessary new hob and refrigerator,…

Other information: The accommodation is not equipped with a washer-dryer, but a laundry room is available less than 500 meters away.

Less than 5 minutes from the Cégep de Sherbrooke and the shops and amenities of King Street. Price is $600/month, all utilities included.

Ideal location for students: 25-30 minutes from Université de Sherbrooke by bus.

The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

Available immediately, for rental until December.
