Andrew Shaw's room

Large 200 sq foot room in the basement of the house. Home is across the street from the ocean with ocean and mountain views. Room has own temperature controls for heating and cooling. There is a fridge in the room. The room is currently not furnished, but compiling furniture is currently ongoing. The room isn’t quite available at the moment, but accommodation, but a temporary set up can be arranged until the room is ready.

Semi retired senior (male). I work in an IT research related field. Used to working with recent university grads. There will be no other tenants in the home.
