About the room
Hello. I live in a brand new beautifully designed house, and have a spare bedroom, a basement den, as well as your own full bathroom. Utilities, internet and laundry included. Space to park out front of house. You’ll also have access to front outdoor deck, while I mainly use the back deck. This is a unique scenario to come and live with a single person in a big luxury house so have ample space to share. You’ll have lots of privacy yet will share the kitchen with me. Option of furnished or not. Located on SE Hill close to Medicine Hat College.
Most suitable for temporary shorter term housing seeker, like a student, work-away-from-home professional, or one within a life transition such as newcomer to area or recent separation/divorce.
About the roomies
I am middle aged, and keep a very tidy, quiet and clean home-life so that would have to appeal to you. I enjoy company yet keep respectful of personal space and noise. Have to be okay with wearing a headset to listen to your music/Netflix/etc as the house design is mainly open concept.
