1 Bedroom in a quiet brick building, perfect for student. Furnished or unfurnished. Furnished would include a queen size bed, bedside cabinet and dresser (plus good size closet).

Apartment has large open kitchen/dining area, comfortable living room, big balcony with barbecue. Very secure, clean building with laundry on each floor (and only six suites on each floor). Workout room off lobby. Amazing community room on main floor.

Rent is $800/month and that includes SaskTel wifi and utilities.

First month’s rent is $500 plus $300 damage deposit. The building has paid parking that would have to be arranged separately with the landlords (I think it’s about $80/month).
