About the room
This is a good sized room available on a Month to Month basis as of September 1. It’s on the 2nd floor, in a shared home located in lower East Hamilton.
It comes fully furnished, large closet space & a nice large window. You have access to a spacious clean and tidy kitchen and bathroom.
All the utilities are inclusive in the rent as well as:
- high-speed Wi-Fi
- as well commonly used items.
It is walking distance to main bus routes (route# 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 41, 41A), several grocery stores, takeout restaurants, parks, Beer/LCBO stores, a mall & many amenities are within walking distance.
I’m sorry, but I can only accommodate single occupancy … as well non-smokers and no pets due to allergies.

About the roomies
I am the owner of the home and I reside on the main floor. The household is clean, people are respectful of each other and noise and personal space. We are a working household and friendly and courteous 😊. Laid back but there are routines that help everyone to live in shared spaces.
