About the roomies
I have a big house with plenty of private space, including a large backyard with an in-ground swimming pool. Currently, there are no students living here, so you can choose your room and enjoy its privacy. The house offers a private full bathroom, a private full kitchen (with a table stove, microwave, coffeemaker, electric kettle, etc.), and a private entrance.
The house is located in a very nice and secure area, close to a bus station and the West Coast Express station. The SkyTrain, which will start operating this fall, is less than a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, the house is near a large shopping mall and many retailers (Walmart, Costco, etc.)
