About the room
The property is right next to grocery stores/depanneurs/restaurants/bus stops, and a few blocks from the green line. 10-15 minute walk to McGill Milton Gates. I have a senior cat who keeps to himself and mostly stays in my room/follows me around. The apartment takes up two floors on the 2nd&3rd levels, a private balcony, near-private fire escape, dishwasher, laundry, storage, private bathrooms, smoker-friendly. Fire TV available to share, as well as CD player & soundbar/speaker. and lots of funky lights!
About the roomies
I am a student at McGill, I have a senior cat whom I adore, and I may ask a potential roommate to feed him if I am away for the night. I don’t make much noise or have too many friends over at a time. I try my best to keep the apartment organized and clean.
