About the room
Two-floor apartment on the border between milton-parc and the plateau. occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Rent & lease duration are negotiable. Fully furnished (I havebedding, it was not on when the photo was taken). Available for move-in whenever. 1 bed & 1 private bath. Utilities/water/etc are included 1-2 minute walk to grocery/dep/dollarama/pharmacy🏬 5 minute walk to metro green line🟢 3 minute walk to bus lines 80, 129, 365, 480🚌 10-15 minute walk to McGill Milton Gates & McGill Prince-Arthur entrance🏫 2 private balconies, near-private fire escape. One senior cat living here🐱, he stays mostly in my room, though he has his food in the kitchen and a litter box in each bathroom. Another cat would be welcome after communicable disease tests for both of our animals. Dogs can visit and stay overnight but cannot reside here.
About the roomies
I am a student at McGill, I have a senior cat whom I adore, and I may ask a potential roommate to feed him if I am away for the night. I don’t make much noise or have too many friends over at a time. I try my best to keep the apartment organized and clean.
