Private room with shared bath and kitchen on the main floor in a house situated on a quiet tree lined street in central Vancouver(near 41st and Victoria Dr). Shopping and Rapid transit is just one block away.

Other two rooms on the main floor are occupied by a couple and two females. We will prefer a female or a couple to match with the chemistry of other room holders. No pets and non smokers only please. Rent includes utilities (hydro, heating and internet). Laundary is available on the same floor and is included in the rent for once per week use. Rent for single occupent is $900per month. And for two occupents $675 each
