I am a friend of the homeowner, helping her find a roommate(s). She is a wonderful and kind person, who keeps an immaculately clean house. She has a nine year old daughter who spends most weekdays at this home. She also has a very nice dog that is not loud and does not shed. She prefers a roomate that does not have pets since her dog is quite timid, but a hamster or something similar would be fine. Marijuana use is ok if done outdoors.
