It’s a one acre property between Nanaimo and Ladysmith with a garden and an orchard, and a lot of potential for anybody who likes gardening. Bus going to Nanaimo and another one to Duncan. Since the bedroom is small, there is a possibility to have another room with a little desk and more space for only an extra $200. This second room could also be used for a child. There is a heat pump in the house, a back porch and a front patio. (The decoration (sculpture and painting) that you see on the pictures don’t have to come with the room). In exchange for assisting with work around the house, I can offer a reduction in the monthly rent.

I am a 59 year old woman with a dog. I am vegetarian and I care a lot for the environment. I’d like vegetarian roomies. My 19 year old son comes home once in a while during the weekends. He is studying at university now. I like gardening and outdoor activities. I also practice mindfulness meditation. I enjoy living with others.
