Included: FURNISHED LIVINGROOM , ALL utilities and 1 GB high speed fiber internet +streaming TV , TV set+ home security alarm partition. Very Clean, lots of natural light, new floor, new windows, brand new washer and dryer, etc.
Common area includes large 1 kitchen, 1 large living room , 1 bathroom, laundry on the same floor , large balcony , beatiful front yard.
Price: $1150/month/bedroom; maximum 3 tenants in the suite.
