Hello, we have a room for rent with a flexible move-in date, either August 1st or September 1st, in our three-bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath townhome located in Crescent Heights ( I will provide the complete address when booking a showing). The unit is located near SAIT and U of C and is within walking distance of downtown. It is also located near many bus stops and the SAIT train station.

The rent for the room includes all utilities and the internet. The townhome features a washer and dryer located within the unit on the second floor for easy access. We are looking for a single female (only one tenant is permitted to rent the room) who identifies as a university student or an employed adult to move in with my sister and me.

We are an LGBTQ-friendly environment. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed in the unit. You may be able to keep the bed and the bed frame. Just let us know if you are interested.

The deposit is the exact cost of the room, and I may request references from past landlords or roommates before confirming the tenancy. The tenancy would be from September/August 2025 to July 2026, with the possibility of renewing after that.

I, Emelia, 22 (She/Her), and my sister Tatjana, 28 (She/Her) live here. I am enrolled in a master’s program at the University of Calgary, and my sister works full-time for the City of Calgary. My hobbies include reading, hiking, biking, puzzling, and climbing, while Tatjana enjoys films, crafting, trying new foods, and reading! We are excited to find our next roommate!!
