The rental rate for the available room is $750 plus hydro, with utilities included. The room will be available starting September 3rd. I prefer a reliable and professional individual, as I work from home.

I have a larger room available for rent at $950, which features an attached bathroom that you will share with the other roomie as i have my own. I mostly keep to myself on the other side of the house with my dogs, and I value a clean and tidy living space, so I appreciate minimal clutter in shared areas.
