Located in the Strathcona Park/Commercial Drive neighbourhood with plenty of amenities nearby, and easy access to Hastings Street transit options (15 min bus ride to Waterfront or Commercial/Broadway stations).

We are a working couple (non-smokers, non-drinkers, non-partiers) looking for a respectful roommate (couples could be considered, extra $ per month applies) to share our two-bedroom ground floor (not basement) space with.

We also have a small dog who’s very sweet but center of attention, so would appreciate a fellow dog lover!
