Private bedroom for rent is unfurnished, it has a large closet, close to bathroom. -There’s free parking on the street, or underground parking for $75 a month thru the manager. -Laundry in building. -Utilities and Wi-Fi are split 50/50 -Walking distance from Shoppers Drug Mart, Safeway, Canada Post, Subway, Coffee and Soup shops. 7 minute drive from Lougheed Mall Town Centre, Lougheed skytrain station, Walmart, Cineplex, Superstore, Sally’s beauty, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Staples, Starbucks , A&W. 5 min walk from Como Lake middle school, and Hazel Trembath Elementary.

I have two young cats, Jamie and Gwenivere. Jamie is a year n a half, very shy, and will probably hide most of the time. Gwenivere is very friendly and cuddly. I am a huge fan of Doctor Who, sci-fi/time travelling, tabletop/board games, D&D and warhammer.
