About the room
Hi everyone! We (my partner and I) are looking for a roommate to share our unit at 191 Silvercreek Parkway South. I have one unfurnished room available, and it’s ready for viewing starting September.
Here are some details:
Rent: $900 + shared utilities Location: 6 minutes to the nearest bus stop Pets: Must be okay with dogs as I have a friendly 4-year-old Siberian Husky. However, no additional pets please, as my dog is used to being the only pet in the house. Preference: Preferably female and Filipino.
We will be signing a sublease contract for peace of mind.
