About the room
Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate. NO SMOKING, VAPING, DRUGS (including cannabis), or PETS.
The townhouse is located at 200 Street and 84 Avenue in Langley, near the Highway 1 entrance and Carvolth Bus Exchange, with express buses to Lougheed SkyTrain Station.
The room is on the third floor and comes fully furnished with a single bed, mattress, desk, chair, and bookshelf. It can also be unfurnished upon request. The bathroom is shared with ONE other person.
The rent is $700 per month with a minimum one-year commitment or $750 per month for a minimum six-month commitment. This includes all utilities, high-speed internet, in-suite laundry, and access to common areas shared with other roommates, including the kitchen, living room, and balcony on the second floor. Street parking is available, and a reserved parking spot can be discussed if needed. Air conditioning is available for an additional cost.
Requirements include a reference check, credit check, proof of income, and tenant insurance.

About the roomies
The townhouse will have a total of four occupants, including yourself. The landlord is an accountant. A couple is staying in the master bedroom until end of September 2024, and a middle-aged male resides on the ground floor.
Please note that you will be sharing the space with the landlord, so overnight guests are not permitted to maintain privacy. However, daytime guests are welcome.
