The whole apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath. You will have a fully furnished private bedroom with a large closet that has some built in storage cabinets. The bathroom is mostly private but would be shared with guests. Kitchen, in suit laundry, tv (with subscriptions) and living spaces are shared (and included). There is a parking space as well but that is extra.

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn and I am 19 years old. I am a student at Vancouver Film School, it is my first year and I am in the Foundations of Art program with the intention of going into directing and writing. I am super creative and have lots of interests (I am a bit of a nerd). I am super fun to be around and I feel like I am a pretty nice person, though my friends do sometimes describe me as loud. One thing that is extremely important to me is communication, I truly believe that anything can be worked through by open communication. I love to cook and I am also a decent baker. I love to cook for people so if you suck at cooking I would love to make us dinner and meal plan! I am not the neatest person though I do try to keep my space clean. Our shared spaces especially. I’m looking for a roommate who also wants to be best friends. Also LGBTQ+ friendly is a must as I am queer.
