Sylvia Kym's room

I am looking for a roomate to take the 2nd bedroom in a 2bdrm apartment DT Toronto for 8 months from Sept. to April.

The room includes a queen bed, dressers, desk, mirror and large closet. We will share the remainder of the apartment. The apartment is spacious with a balcony and fairly high up in the highrise. There is pay laundry in the basement.

The rent includes utilities and unlimited wifi. I will need 1st and last before move in. I will also need a reference during the vetting stage.

Me: I am 40, female and work 50% of the time remotly. I will be traveling a fair bit for work and therefore am looking for someone who is reliable and tidy.
