Condo building in St Lawrence, with a gym, party room, games room, theatre room, sauna/steam room and pool. The building is a 5 to 15 min walk to the bus, streetcar and train station, as well as attractions like Distillery District and St Lawrence Market. Also a 20 min walk to Union Station.

Renting the den (big enough for a single bed, and has a desk and a proper door). No windows unfortunately.

Month to month agreement with a 1 month notice period. A firm, fixed contract can also be discussed.

Please note that we are looking for our new flatmate to move in on March 1 as our parents are visiting for some time.

You will be living with me (26 M, straight) and my brother (29 M, straight). My brother and I would be sharing the master bedroom while you would be in the den, a separate room. We are both working professionals downtown (IT and Insurance) and are really just looking for an opportunity to work hard and save some money. I am away throughout the day, until late, but my brother works from home regularly.

We are clean, respectful and quiet. We value this and hope to live with someone who equally values these traits.

Understandably, this is a unique situation and may not be for everyone. It may be ideal for people who don’t stay home all day, travel a lot for work, or need to save for a house, wedding etc., and are just looking for a place to recharge (cook, shower, sleep).
