Welcome to Glenbrook, a cute little community close to MRU, Safeway, Save-On-Foods, bus stops, and the Blue Line (49 Street Station). Nestled in this community you’ll find this bright 2 bedroom main floor duplex unit with a large fenced backyard (including a shed for extra storage)and street parking. This unit is shared with one other person (myself), plus one dog. The room itself will be unfurnished, with plenty of light provided by a large window, and boasts an exceptionally large closet. I have included a photo of my room, as the other room is still occupied, to give a general sense of size. The room is 987.50 inclusive (this does not include internet), a damage deposit and references are required, as is a 12 month lease.

I am a mature student attending MRU (second year Nursing). Originally from Ontario, I lived in Jasper for 11 years before moving to Calgary for school. I’m quite outdoorsy; I enjoy camping and hiking, as does my dog Freya, an older gal who also likes day long naps. I am clean, quiet, and respectful, and am looking for the same in a roommate (preferably a working professional or student).
