Looking to find a third roommate to share a 3 bed 3 bath 2 story 1,100 square foot townhouse in the trending neighbourhood of Hastings Sunrise. Half a block away from major bus routes. 10 minute ride to downtown, 20 minute ride to the north shore. Walking proximity to tons of trending shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, and 3 blocks away from the ocean. The room for rent is a sizeable master bedroom with it’s own ensuite. It’s east facing onto a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street. We’re on the upper half of the building so well-above any people on the street peeking in which other townhouses struggle with. As you can see, the unit is mostly furnished but still in the process of decorating, you’re more than welcome to add your creative touch to the common areas. Living room includes high speed internet router which is suited to hold up to 14 devices at a time. Large flat screen TV with a PlayStation 5 and Xbox One connected which you are welcome to use as well as multiple streaming services. Kitchen includes large double fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machines, etc. There are plenty of closets/storage spaces in the unit which you are welcome to use.

We are two 20 year old males. I work in the film industry and my roommate is a student at Capilano University for jazz. We are happy to get to know you and watch a movie, or go out for a beer sometime. During the week and day we are always on our own doing our thing. I often travel for work so am in and out. Although we are 20, this is definitely NOT a “party house” we might host a poker night or occasional dinner but I want to make sure it is clear that we want the space to be professional, clean and pleasant for everyone. Would love to become friends as I know Vancouver can be hard for that sort of thing sometimes.
