Elena's room

We have a large bedroom available in our beautiful 2000 sqft Port Kells home, situated on an acre of green and lush land. The home boasts a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, dining room, a flex space, an incredible deck overlooking a pond, a small greenhouse and lots of room for gardening, a fire pit, plenty of green outdoor space along with ample parking and storage space.

The bedroom is spacious (~280 sqft), unfurshished and has two large bay windows with an amazing view of the front garden! You can comfortably fit up to a king size bed, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser and a small sitting area/working desk area. It also includes a roomy closet inside the bedroom as well as a linens/towel closet just outside the bedroom. You will also have your own private bathroom with a full tub and a skylight!

Washer and dryer are shared, as is the rest of the space in the home, which is already furnished and decorated but we are open to you adding your own touch if we are all on board :)

We are not close to any major public transit routes so a vehicle is a MUST. We also have 3 very friendly Golden Retriever dogs; they are very respectful and well-behaved and you will hardly know they are home, but you definitely need to be ok with dogs!

We are a couple of young professionals who work from home the majority of the time, and we are looking for a like-minded couple to share our space with starting on October 1st, 2024. The ideal candidates are responsible, hardworking, kind, respectful, honest and clean. We love to spend time outside relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of our little oasis, have BBQs or sit around the fire with friends, cook delicious meals with veggies from the greenhouse, and generally take it easy. If this lifestyle resonates, this could be the place for you!
