It’s a 2 bed 2 bath Condo and a Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is available for rent from 1st November. The second room is with me. Looking for a quite neat & clean person to share this condo with (Working Professionals preferred - maximum 2 people).
The building is quite new and well-maintained by the management.
Condo is under management too. That’s why it’s a bit expensive. Background check & Credit check will be done (landlord referral, 720 or above) & employment letter is required to get the application approved.
Monthly rent is $3177+ utilities. Master bedroom would be $1835 (utilities included). We can negotiate.
