Cari-Ann Jay's room

We live in a 3 floor townhouse in the NE in Skyview Ranch. It is 2 bedroom 2 and half baths. The room we are looking to rent is fully furnished and ready to welcome you. You will have your own bathroom; there is shared laundry on the top floor, lots of street parking, shared kitchen and living room with balcony as well. We are close to a lot of amenities and right off stoney with Deerfoot 5 minutes away.

We are a friendly couple who likes to stay active, I work from home as a legal assistant and my bf works with the City of Calgary in the Parks department. We are 420 friendly, we have a cat she is amazing and does her own thing. We are looking to sublet for the next few months and depending could be longer. We are 50 and 54 but definitely young at heart :) we look forward to meeting you.
