About the room
A large bedroom with lots of natural light and each have big closets for clothes and storage. Hallway closets as-well one for storage and one for coats and shoes. Apartment is semi-furnished, electricity and wifi separate, however heating is included. Laundry is in the building.
The apartment is great for students, located between McGill and Concordia at the top of Rue de la Montagne. Closest metros are Guy Concordia or Peel. Landlord is Groupe Accueil and they have been great to us and helped us with anything we needed!
My roommate who will be staying at the apartment is female and studying at McGill
The price for the unfurnished room is $1020 a month. The apartment is already fully equipped with appliances. Laundry is in the building. Heating included.
About the roomies
Michaela is a McGill science student who likes exploring Montreal and going on bikes and walks around the city. Quiet, tidy and very easy going.
